What currency are prices shown in?
Every price is in CAD. The price shown on a product page changes to the exact price of the configuration you select.
Why do some products have a price range?
Certain products have different lengths, styles or pack configurations. The range is the lowest and highest of the real configuration prices, not a size-based estimate.
How do I choose my size?
Apparel uses XS–XL sizing unless otherwise stated. Check the product fit notes. Verified garment measurements are not yet available; send a sizing enquiry before purchasing.
What are the product images?
Product galleries use original studio illustrations in consistent colours, with front, back and detail views. They are not photographs of manufactured products. Final photography and product specifications require confirmation.
Can I complete a purchase?
Not currently. A payment provider, shipping options and location-based tax settings must be connected before an order can be placed. You can select products and save your bag, but no payment is collected.
Where do you ship, and what does shipping cost?

What is the returns policy?
The return window, conditions, exchange availability and refund rules must be confirmed before purchasing is enabled. See the Returns & Refund Policy.
